For fans

How do I find where a game is showing?

Search the fixture from the home page or the Watch section. We list every venue near you that has confirmed it is screening that game, with screens, sound and distance shown up front.

Do I need an account to browse?

No — browsing fixtures and venues is open to everyone. You only need an account (a quick email code) to save favourites, book tables, check in and leave reviews.

How does table booking work?

On a venue's fixture listing, pick your party size and book. Some venues ask for a deposit to hold the table — you pay it online and it's redeemable against your bill at the venue, per the venue's policy.

Can I cancel a booking and get my deposit back?

You can cancel from your account. Whether the deposit is refunded depends on the venue's cancellation policy and how close to kickoff you cancel — the policy is shown before you pay.

What are check-ins?

When you arrive for a fixture you booked or found on Veno, check in from the app or website. It builds your match-night history and helps other fans see which venues actually fill up.

For venue owners

How do I list my venue?

Create a free owner account on the For Venues page, add your venue details and get verified. Then pick a plan and start listing the fixtures you screen from the Venue Panel.

What do plans cost and what do they include?

Plans differ by how many fixture listings you can run at once and for how long. Current pricing is always on the For Venues page — you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the Venue Panel.

Where do I manage bookings and listings?

Everything runs from the Venue Panel — a separate app for owners and staff. This website is the fan-facing side; sign in to the panel with your owner account to manage your venue.
